The waivers were emailed to all runners, but can also be found here: Waiver. You must print, sign, and bring to registration. No waiver, no run!
*SPECIAL NOTE TO 100K FOLKS…please bring your drop bags with your name clearly labeled by Saturday night. If you cannot make it until Sunday morning please email me to let me know.

The race notes were sent via email, but Are also attached below. The race notes are attached both in word.doc and pdf format for your ease of use. Each cue card is about the same size as your cell phone…so if you have a case for your phone, you have a case for your race notes.

- 30 miles
- First and only aid station at 24.7ish miles (MASONIC PARK)
- 4 total race note-cards
Abel Wilder (61.5 Miles)
- 61.5 miles
- First aid station at 26.9 ish miles ( drop bags here). Second aid station at mile 50.7
- 6 total race note-cards
- Highly suggested Items: headlamp, food, pack with bladder + another water option or 2
We will have some route notes printed off as backups at registration, but plan on bringing your own (clear tape works well for “laminating”).
