Registration opened January 1st and runs through March 31st. All you have to do is mail in a postcard before March 31st.
Mail your postcard to: Dustin Harford, 8980 92nd st south Cottage Grove, MN 55016 with your name, sex, distance, and age.
Create your own postcard or buy one…either way just make sure to get in on these FREE foot races as long as you’re at least 18 years of age.

Runners competing in the Abel hondo MUST sign in on Friday night and all other runners are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to sign in on Friday night as well in downtown Spring Valley. We will have the sign-in at the same location and time as the Almanzo/Royal bike races, which has yet to be released (downtown Spring Valley somewhere). Pre-race sign in is required of all racers because you will sign a waiver, get directions, and all necessary information to to make your stay in Spring Valley (or nearby) as pleasant as possible.
